We know that open permits or unpermitted buildings can jeopardize sales for home owners and real estate agents as well as cause delays in refinancing. Our approach is to help owners and real estate agents be aware of the permit status of a building and take care of those open permits as soon as they are known. That way, when it’s time to sell, sellers can make better use of their resources and close the sale faster. We believe that taking care of these matters now will be beneficial to both homeowners and real estate agents in the future.
In addition to these services, we also provide certified affidavits for cesspool inspections required by the Department of Health.
If the structure requires some renovation prior to transfer, we can assist with renovations of any size.
