Transformation of a Kitchen

It’s amazing how a little time, hard work, and creativity can transform a dated, colorful, cramped and dirty kitchen into a sleek, modern, and family-friendly one.

In the past three months when we started this project, we started with a yellow, peach, and teal kitchen that divided the kitchen from the dining area.

After gutting the entire kitchen to start from scratch, we installed drywall on the ceiling to create a continuous opened living area between the kitchen, dining, and living room. Thereby, removing the hood since the room is an open design.

We tiled the entire kitchen floor with neutral 12×12 square ceramic tile.

New plumbing was installed throughout the entire house, including the main line coming into the property from the street.

The cafe colored cabinets and a white quartz countertop were ordered and installed with a matching backsplash reaching up to the cabinets.installing cabinets

New electrical outlets were installed to service an updated kitchen, providing outlets across the wall and in the island.

Finally, new appliances were ordered and installed, including a new dishwasher.

What a difference between what we started with and what it looks like now! All of this was done in just under a few months!
